Except in cases of MEDICAL EMERGENCY or SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS matches must be cancelled no less than 24 hours before the scheduled playing date. Cancellations should be notified to the league secretary by telephone, in writing (or email to the Assistant Secretary) by the offending team - failure to do so may result in TWO points being deducted from the offending team - see Rule 8

Team Captains are reminded that late/non arrival of result cards may incur points being deducted without warning - see Rule 11.
